I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect. However, the dining experience could have been better with more breakfast options. Overall, a great value for the money.

The service was top-notch, with staff always ready to assist, but it seems they are not always on the same page. The location, while a bit far from the center of town, offers a safe and quiet environment with easy access to the city center. The dining experience was superb, with delicious Guatemalan cuisine, although it was limited to the buffet at the restaurant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with some minor drawbacks.
