I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect. However, the dining experience could have been better with more breakfast options. Overall, a great value for the money.

I loved my room at the hotel - the king size bed and full size sleeper sofa made it very cozy. It was always ready on time, which was convenient. The pool view was lovely but I wish there was an odor extractor in the room.

The location of the hotel was fantastic - just 300m from the town center, making it easy to visit Antigua. It was a comfortable distance from noisy streets but not too far to require a lot of walking. The surroundings were gorgeous, especially with the views of the volcanoes.

The dining experience was pleasant overall, but I wish there were more choices in hot sauce. The seafood dishes were delicious, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. However, the Sunny Delight instead of Orange Juice was a bit disappointing.

The service was top-notch, with staff always ready to assist, but it seems they are not always on the same page. The dining experience was superb, with delicious Guatemalan cuisine, although it was limited to the buffet at the restaurant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant with comfortable rooms, but a bit dark. The service was outstanding, from the knowledgeable staff to the quick laundry service. The location, while beautiful, is a bit far from town. The dining experience at La Chimenea was superb. Overall, a great value for money option with some room for improvement in lighting.
